Geoff@CitadelProperties.comWith over 30 years’ experience in property management, Geoff brings his vast knowledge in real estate management and sales to his clients’ properties. Geoff began his career working for the family business, managing rentals throughout San Diego County. Geoff has overseen the management of hundreds of properties and thousands of units throughout his career. In 2004, Geoff took over his first Homeowners Association and founded Citadel in 2014. Citadel specializes in the management of HOAs, Multi-Family Properties, and Single Family Residences. The goal of Citadel is to find ways to maximize income while also exploring options to reduce expenses by upgrading facilities that are inefficient. Geoff is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM), and a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). Geoff uses his vast knowledge of HOA Civil Code (Davis-Stirling Act), and a clear understanding of CC&Rs and Bylaws to help Boards navigate the day-to-day and long-term goals of the Associations he manages.
